*  Implementation of Indian Cricket League game rules (based on International Cricket council)
*  Player Recruitment
*  Nomination of Umpires
*  Season Game Schedules
*  Disciplinary control
*  Resolution of player and team disputes both within/between teams
*  Indian Cricket League website
*  Indian Cricket league sponsorship packages
*  Media rights
*  Compiling of Statistical data, empowering each franchise with data & information
*  Indian Cricket league policy and procedures
*  Games and Event Organization.
