Kolkata Knight Riders recorded their second win against Deccan Chargers of Hyderabad at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata. The sensational victory by 5 wickets has made KKR as the favorite team of the Indian Premier League tournament.
This time Shahrukh's Knight Rider Hussey stood on one end when everything was going against Kolkata Knight Riders. Skipper Ganguly was shown way to the pavilion when he tried to loft Ojha over covers gave a simple catch to Symonds.
The renowned Eden Gardens suffered infamy as the flood-lights went off just when the sensational match was heading for an exciting win. After much exaggerations lights returned on Eden Gardens. Kolkata Knight Riders still needed 19 runs with 5 wickets in hand and 17th over to start. If the lights have not returned the match would have been a tie according to D/L method.
